INGREDIENTS:

15 ml Gin
15 ml White rum
15 ml Vodka
15 ml Arbei bitter
20 ml Simple syrup
30 ml lemon juice
Top of ginger beer

DECORATION:

Bay leaf
Lemon peel

MIXING TECHNIQUE:

High tumbler

METHOD:

In a shaker, pour the gin, white rum, vodka, Arbei Bitter, simple syrup and lemon juice.

Add a few ice cubes and shake well.

Fill the tumbler with ice, with the help of a strainer pour the liquid into the glass.

Now add the ginger beer up to top.

Add the straw and decorate with a bay leaf and lemon zest.
