INGREDIENTS:

40 ml White rum
15 ml Arbei bitter
10 ml Simple syrup
20 ml lemon juice

DECORATION:

Bay leaf

MIXING TECHNIQUE:

Shake

GLASS:

Small cup

METHOD:

Fill the cocktail glass with ice to cool it and set it aside.

In the shaker pour the rum, Arbei Bitter, simple syrup and lemon juice.

Add a few ice cubes and shake well.

Remove the ice from the cocktail glass and drain well to release the water droplets.

With the help of a strainer, pour the liquid into the cup.

Decorate with a bay leaf.
