Daiquiri

40 ml White rum, 15 ml Arbei bitter, 10 ml Simple syrup, 20 ml lemon juice

Lauro

15 ml Gin, 15 ml White rum, 15 ml Vodka, 15 ml Arbei bitter, 20 ml Simple syrup, 30 ml lemon juice, Top of ginger beer

Mojito

45 ml white rum, 20 ml Arbei bitter, 1/2 lime, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 5-6 fresh mint leaves, Soda top

Negroni

30 ml Gin, 30 ml Martini extra dry, 30 ml A’rbei bitter

Dafne

120 ml Prosecco Brut, 30 ml Arbei bitter, 1 splash of Ginger Beer
